This 220-acre support farm packs a heap of character to give guests a taste of Southern farm life – including a chance to hand-feed some of the friendliest – and cutest – locals, meet a local farmer, watch a sheep shearing & working dog demo & learn about NZ farming – the best in the world!
Hosted visits are scheduled daily at 10.45am & 3.30pm – These are a great way to get up close and very personal with all the animals and be hosted by a local farmer! There’s also plenty of time to roam around the grounds, ask questions and get to know the amazing team at Woodstone Farm.

This immersive and informative tour is the perfect combination of relaxing moments to soak up the stunning surrounds and hear stories about the area and it’s rich history from a local guide – including a short stroll in Fiordland National Park – combined with NZ’s most ingenious (and fun) form of transportation – the jet boat.
