Take your Fiordland Jet adventure to the next level with a range of combos to help you get the most out of the area. Enjoy our signature Pure Wilderness jet boat tour then take to the trails, skies or the paddock to elevate your experience!
River Bike Ride & Jet Boat
Back at the boat ramp at the end of the jet boat tour we’ll have your bikes and any gear waiting for you to enjoy the best 11km (7mi) of the Lake2Lake Cycle Trail.
You’ll head towards Te Anau and follow a section of the river you haven’t yet seen before hitting the Lake Te Anau Control Gates, the Bird Sanctuary and eventually our offices – conveniently located next to the pub!
There are plenty of spots along the way to enjoy a rest, picnic or even a refreshing dip. A moderate level of fitness is required – as there are some hills along the way – but in general this is a great trail for all to enjoy!
HeliJet: Twin Lakes
After our Pure Wilderness tour, prepare for even more adventure as you’ll be picked up in VIP fashion from the boat ramp.
The views will get even better as you soar across the Kepler Mountain Range, Lake Te Anau and Lake Manapouri up to Jackson Peaks, elevated at 1622 metres above sea level.
Enjoy an alpine landing and marvel at the stunning scenery and magnificent panoramic views of Fiordland National Park. An unbelievable vista surrounds you at the top of the Kepler Mountain Range – glacier-carved valleys, fiords, lakes and dense rainforest stretch out before and continue on for what seems like forever.
Woodstone Farm & Jet Boat
Jet boating and farming go hand-in-hand in this part of NZ, so combining these two experiences gives guests a ‘day-in-the-life’ of a local southlander.
First, take the opportunity to see how farmers work to provide income for their families and food to the world with a hosted visit to a restored 100-year old woolshed at Woodstone Farm. Learn from a genuine local farmer as they shear a sheep and demonstrate a working dog. Plus, plenty of time to hand-feed the friendly farm animals and walk around the paddocks as you ask questions and make memories!
Later, join Fiordland Jet to see how farmers and locals alike blow-off steam and enjoy their ‘backyard’ on an immersive, informative and of course FUN jet boat tour through Fiordland National Park. This is how the locals do it – with stops along the way and time to enjoy the area and it’s stunning scenery as you get insights not just into the place but especially the people that call Fiordland/Southland/Te Anau home.

Jet n' Fly
As Te Anau’s only scenic jet boat operator, we’re proud to partner with Te Anau’s one and only seaplane – Wings and Water.
Step straight from the jet boat to the seaplane’s float. A ‘water transfer’ such as this is truly unique and to do so with a backdrop as magnificent as Fiordland National Park is sure to impress. Take-off and enjoy even more awe-inspiring views of Fiordland National Park and the wider region of Te Wahipounamu South-West New Zealand World Heritage Area.
The flight finishes with a picturesque scene of our charming lakefront town before touching down on Lake Te Anau and taxiing to Wings and Water’s wharf on the lakefront – just steps from Te Anau’s Town Centre.
Guided Kepler Explorer & Jet Boat
After your jet boat ride, head ashore to begin a 6-kilometre guided walk along the Kepler Track through Fiordland National Park’s mystical beech forest to Rainbow Reach. The Kepler Track is one of New Zealand’s Great Walks and has a gentle gradient, is well maintained and thus suitable for all abilities.
Your knowledgeable guide will provide further details about native flora and fauna; the unique beech forest ecological cycle and current conservation efforts being made around Fiordland.
Enjoy a picnic lunch in one of the many serene locations along the way before finishing the walk by crossing the famous Rainbow Reach Swing Bridge, which you passed under on the jet boat!
